At The Brit Stop, we’re bringing a taste of the UK directly to the park. As a local, chef-owned food truck, we focus on high-quality ingredients and handmade recipes that you won’t find at a typical concession stand.
Artisan Breakfast Handhelds: We start your morning right with breakfast muffins featuring our house-made apple and sage sausage patties, crispy bacon, and our signature Bagel BELTs—all prepared with a professional chef’s eye for detail.
Signature & Artisan Sandwiches: Our lunch menu is built on bold, classic flavors. From our slow-cooked Hog Roast to our traditional Sunday Roast sandwiches, every bite is designed to be a standout part of your lake day.
The “Full Jacket” Experience: A British classic comes to the lake! Enjoy our loaded jacket spuds—perfectly baked potatoes piled high with hearty, flavorful toppings for a filling and unique summer lunch.
Warmth by the Cup: Even in the height of summer, a great soup is a lakeside staple. We always feature two fresh, house-made options on rotation—one light broth and one rich cream soup.
Homemade Sweet Treats: Don’t forget to grab a slice of our signature sweet loaves. These moist, flavorful loaves are baked fresh and make the perfect snack for your afternoon coffee or a treat to take back to the cabin.

A Passion for Food, A Love for the Lake
Welcome to The Brit Stop! We are Victoria and Anthony, and we are thrilled to be serving Rowan’s Ravine Provincial Park and the surrounding communities.
The Brit Stop was born from a simple idea: that “on-the-go” food at the lake should be just as thoughtful and flavorful as a meal in a fine-dining restaurant. With five years of experience as a professional fine-dining chef and a lifetime of appreciation for classic British comfort, I wanted to bring those two worlds together in a way that feels right for a summer day by the water.
Chef-Led & Locally Crafted
We believe that the secret to great food is in the details. That’s why we don’t take shortcuts. From our house-made apple and sage sausage to our slow-roasted signature meats and freshly baked sweet loaves, almost everything we serve is prepared by hand. We use my professional culinary background to elevate simple classics—like our loaded jacket spuds and artisan sandwiches—into something truly memorable.
